Housing options

Work to transform this peaceful rural haven which was originally a hospital site into a small rural village, has now commenced.

The site offers various housing options. The original substantial stone building has been lovingly restored, with character and original period features, providing spacious townhouses. A series of traditionally built customised houses are available set in ample plots in the surrounding woodland.

Our philosophy

The new houses will be larger than volume built equivalents and tailored to customer requirements. The company directors, all local, have been building houses in the area for the past 20 years with over 200 successful completions.

It is company policy to encourage client input, offering contact with the trade’s persons, through our Sales Director who is available on-site to show you round and answer queries and questions as they arise.
